I have been certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 30 years, and am currently certified. I am also a currently certified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer instructor.

When wearing the authorized Air Force windbreaker what type of rank insignia should I wear? The description in the AUXMAN talks about "large rank insignia" but I can't find any source for such, only the small collar types. If rank insignia (either shoulder boards or metal) are worn on the jacket, when wearing over the tropical blue long, should the rank shoulder boards also be worn on the shirt?
